This is the most important issue on the cards at this very moment. Donegal needs a rail track to proceed into the future with some certainity. I remember in the 50's, as a young boy the closure of the narrow gauge rail track, and wondered how all the new machinery that was being carried by the trains at that time, would be transported, hence by road on huge ugly trucks. It's important that all members of the Donegal public get behind this issue and show the present government that we want our own Railway Line.
